Citi Bank’s #BeMore is “an internal development programme designed to empower their employees to take control of their own development. One of its unique features is its use of social learning to educate and engage people about how and what they learn, while providing a central access point for all things learning across the region”.

Through the use of a World Cafe (recoined an ‘Ideas Jam’) I worked with Citi to gather and visualise the insights gathered at their #BeMore learning events in order for them to gain an understanding of how their employees currently feel about the changing world of work, and how Citi can best support them. The results were bright and colourful visual maps that brought to life their feedback, enabling Citi to present the finding in their #BeMore communications, social media and to their global teams. The programme has also recently won several Gold awards, including the Best use of social and collaborative learning technologies at the Learning Technologies Award.
